Shipping policy
Once you have ordered your kit, it will be in the process of being batch-made and will be packed ready for despatch within 72 hours!!

We are currently not shipping online purchases to the South Island. However, if you are wanting to order some of our products to the South Island or wish to stock our products. Please contact hello@inthebag.coÂ
Our kits are hand-assembled and all ingredients are packed fresh and heat-sealed then sent with cool bags to ensure that they arrive perfectly!!
All orders out-of-town orders are dispatched on Mondays so that there is no risk of your order sitting in a depot over the weekend. This is only temporary as a result of shipping delays due to lockdown.
Local deliveries are sent via our own network and delivered the same day of despatch and out-of-town deliveries are sent overnight which will take between 24-48 hours depending on your location.
