Gluten Free Prosciutto Pizza

TURN YOUR OVEN ON

The hotter the better. Pre-heat your oven with your pizza tray or pizza stone, this gives your pizza a perfect crispy base!

PREPARE YOUR PIZZA

Remove the pizza, top layer of prosciutto, fresh rocket and parmesan from the box, place pizza on a pre-heated pizza tray or pizza stone. 

INTO THE OVEN IT GOES

Place the pizza into the hot oven. (10-15min). When the crust is golden brown and the mozzarella is bubbling your pizza is ready! Remove from oven, slice pizza and re-scatter the rocket, parmesan and prosciutto over the top, drizzle some E.V.O and a little cracked black pepper and enjoy!!
