Gluten Free Vegan Margherita Pizza

INGREDIENTS: Pizza Base 53% (Water, Starch (Maize, Potato); Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Psyllium Husk, Rice Flour, Salt, Yeast, Thickener (1422), Vegetable Gum (464, 412), Cider Vinegar, Humectant (422)); Shredded and Sliced Vegan Mozzarella 37% (Water, Coconut Oil, Modified Starch (1422), Starch, Salt, Flavour, Colour (160a), Preservative (200)); Passata Sauce 9% (Tomatoes (99%), Basil, Salt); Basil, Pepper.

TURN YOUR OVEN ON

The hotter the better. Pre-heat your oven with your pizza tray or pizza stone, this gives your pizza a perfect crispy base!

PREPARE YOUR PIZZA

Remove the pizza and fresh basil from the box and place on your pre-heated pizza tray or pizza stone. 

INTO THE OVEN IT GOES

Place the pizza into the hot oven. (10-15min). When the crust is golden brown and the mozzarella is bubbling your pizza is ready! Remove from oven, slice pizza and re-scatter the basil over the top, drizzle some E.V.O and a little cracked black pepper and enjoy!!
