Our Basil and Rocket is grown and packed fresh locally each day for every kit, our meats are all freedom farmed, batch made and hand crafted. Our fresh stretchy mozzarella is made to a traditional recipe to ensure its authenticity and delicious flavour. The other recipe and secret is simple: 00 Flour, Fresh Yeast, Sea Salt, Filtered Water, Time and Love!!  We hand open each base, par bake in our woodfired oven and pack the bases fresh!
